This app used to be OK But for the last month, it doesn't work. I can log in ok. It shows my customer number but it won't show my bookings, it just searches until I give up and close the app.

Customer service is shocking, still waiting 10 days later to a simple enquiry about my account. Not impressed at all, I've been an avis customer for 12 years, booked hundreds of cars, been an avis preferred customer for many years too, they claimed after a few bookings you get a free weekend booking, well I never received a free weekend in all these years until recently I got a notification of a free weekend, now that I want to claim that free weekend I get no replies from customer service.
